Our mission is to empower people in Colorado’s 8th District to share their stories and use their voice to create change. This is a positive space where we share victories, actionable steps, and community events. We are so happy you’re here!
First, we would like to thank everyone who was able to attend our Town Hall in Johnstown. We had an amazing turnout, with incredible guest speakers and rousing community participation.
Despite deep-rooted frustration and worry, the event was a positive experience where people felt safe to voice their concerns and speak up for what matters. Thank you all for showing up for your community and fostering a welcoming environment!
While Gabe Evans failed to attend, he will receive a transcript, photos, and the responses you all wrote on our posters.
Don’t forget to mail your pre-stamped postcard — If Evans won’t come to us, we will bring our voices to him!

Backyard Oligarchs
Do you live in Greeley?
Did you know local oligarch Martin Lind is using YOUR taxpayer dollars to fund an overpriced recreation center that threatens to bankrupt Greeley?
A local group of concerned citizens has submitted an official petition that would get the project on the ballot.
Once the petition is approved, there will be a massive grassroots push to get 6,000 signatures.

Skewed Surveys
Remember to fill out the Americans for Prosperity survey! Americans for Prosperity is a far-right group, and this survey about Gabe Evans’ performance was only distributed in affluent neighborhoods.
Of course, we won’t tell you how to answer, but we’re confident that if we all answer honestly, we’ll shake up the desired survey results!
Note: Even if you say you don’t want to hear more, Americans for Prosperity will still send you emails. Unsubscribing is an option, but you can also use a secondary email address if you have one.

Gabe Evans Protest
Every Friday a group of concerned constituents gather around Gabe Evans’ Northglenn office, demanding the congressman fulfill his duties as an elected official and face his constituents.
Now that the weather is heating up, make sure to bring plenty of water, a lawn chair if you’d like, and get ready to spend the early afternoon with a group of passionate, friendly people!

Firestone Party
All of us have been working hard attending rallies, protesting, holding town halls, calling our representatives, and fighting for justice, however we are able.
You can’t pour from an empty cup, so stop by the Pavilion at Barefoot Lakes in Firestone on Saturday, June 28th, to relax and recharge with fantastic people!
This is not a political event; there will not be speakers, rallies, or anything similar. It is a chance to kick back and meet like-minded folks.
There will be live music from 12:00-3:00, swimming in the lake, outdoor games, and covered picnic tables. Kids are welcome! They recommend bringing your own camping chairs, snacks, and (non-alcoholic) drinks.
